    I would like to ask the city council to maximize the number of parking spaces. The proposed 7th and Division concept has 27 less parking spaces than the current 111. I would suggest that you drive through the area on a Friday or Saturday evening to see the extra traffic that Imminent Brewing creates. We like the extra downtown activity, but as it is, we have many extra cars in the evenings. I attached a couple of videos to show Washington St parking now.

    Secondly, I would like to suggest that we change the intersections at Washington and 5th, 6th, and 7th Streets to allow for truck traffic to turn. Staff changed our NAPA entrance to a mountable curb so semi trucks would be able to back into our lot. The problem is that the current concept won't allow them to get to 7th Street from the East which is their preferred direction for backing. I attached a video of a semi truck backing into the NAPA as it is today.

    I would also ask for cooperation during construction. Keep us OPEN.
