I wholeheartedly support the request by Rebound for the height variance for their project at 212 Division Street, as a building owner on the same block (The Measuring Cup 320 Division St), as a Northfield business owner, and as a Northfield resident.
I would love to see this project go forward, and it makes sense that the higher building will allow this to be a more financially viable project for Rebound and their investors.
This will also be good for the town for many reasons: a destination for more visitors (which will also help the existing business on that end of Division with more foot traffic), more money coming into Northfield, and new opportunities for businesses just to name a few.
Helping Rebound get this project done will be great for the town!
