    When studies are requested/required it’s also important to acknowledge it comes with a cost. The fee for this above study, available for particulars on the city of Northfield web site is $128,818. In the last year, the city of Northfield will have paid app. $224,598 including this study, additional study of $95,788 for Greenvale/Lincoln Pkwy. traffic, $8696 for the park survey and $4143 for the Nfld. DMV survey. This is available in the agenda, disbursements.
